The SBP/CO is a reinforced concrete weighbridge designed for precise weighing of passenger cars, trucks and work trucks up to 80 tons. The concrete platform and the robust metal bearing structure make the solution suitable for intensive-use environments where the weight has to withstand both heavy loads and more challenging operating conditions.
The weighbridge can be mounted both on the ground and in the recess. The compact profile allows a recess installation into a foundation about 50 cm high as well as a ground installation with ramps about 40 cm high.
The modular design of the SBP/CO simplifies transport, handling and assembly. The isostatic design, consisting of separate modules, also helps to ensure reliability over a longer period of time, including in a situation where the foundations naturally sink.
The weighing system uses stainless steel pressure weight sensors and an electronic control terminal with which the weight is displayed and additional functions are controlled. The solution can be supplemented with terminals, printers, ATEX version, special color, electronic accessories and wireless connections.
