Rail weight for precise weighing of wagons

PV is a weight solution to be installed in a recess for weighing rail cars. The robust electro-welded metal structure and externally attached 50/60 UNI type rails make it suitable for objects where precise and repetitive wagon weighing is required.

The weight intermediate area is covered with lined metal panels that form a comfortable gear surface for maintenance and use. The structure is designed for installation in a recess about 120 cm deep and is suitable for use in the fields of railway logistics, industry, terminal and bulk product handling.

The PV rail weight model range includes solutions of different lengths and load capacities. As standard examples, platforms of 7.5 m, 12 m, 13.5 m and 18 m are available, with a load capacity ranging up to 100 tons depending on the chosen configuration.

The solution can be supplemented with ATEX version, hot-dip galvanized metal structure, special paint, grain unloading grate, anti-tracking joints and digital weight sensors. The version with digital weight sensors enables real-time self-diagnostics of system components.
